Hardware Issues?

In the rare instance that a hardware issue arises, a remote support solution isn’t always possible. Our top priority will be to get your business up and running as quickly as we can. If Rezz Tech can’t assist on-site, we have the ability to overnight any applicable hardware you may need to act as a “loaner”. Simply send the defective unit to us where it will be inspected and repaired within our shop. This enables our company to get your time-sensitive business back on track within 24 hours. We provide this option because we want to ensure that we are doing everything in our power to get our partners up and running in a timely manner.

Remote Support Access Without Permission?

With granted permission from each client, a Rezz Tech technician will install a program on every computer. The use of this application allows us to remotely access your system in order to find a solution when needed. For access to be approved, you will be required to provide a Rezz Tech representative with a partner ID and password. While your credentials change each time you log into the program, it’s required that we’re given authorization before we can access your device. This gives peace of mind to each client that their information will be safe and secure.

After Hours Access?

While password and user ID encrypted accounts are the norm, each partner also has the option to set up easy remote support access between your company and ours. This gives us the ability to remotely conduct updates to equipment and provide support outside of business hours. We have found that the lack of an end user makes the remote repair/ update process much more efficient. This option may not be for everyone as the information on these computers can be very sensitive.
